Guidance Offices Online COUNTDOWN Wednesday, Assistance is always available in the guidance office. Students actively use the resource tools in the guidance office for researching job opportunities, planning schedules, getting work permits, applying to college, checking their transcripts, and seeking assistance with personal problems. Currently there are four counselors and two secretaries serving the students of Stephen Decatur High School in grades 9-12.

Senior Graduation Info AUTHORIZATION FOR RELEASE OF RECORDS Click, Save, and Print them out and turn in to Guidance by the date due "Required Forms: During homeroom on the first day of school, seniors will be given three very important forms: 1) a form to indicate how your child's name is to be printed on his/her diploma; 2) a form concerning the release of directory information to the military: 3) a release form to allow your child to request transcripts throughout the year. "
