After School Academy

ASA Form

ASA Cycle 2 will be extended specifically for High School Assessment (HSA) intervention, January 3-5. Please encourageyour child to attend these three additional days of review and remediation before taking the HSA's in English 10, Biology,or Algebra I from January 9-11. Transportation will be available.

Please be reminded that there is nearly a month-long gap between the regular Cycle 2 and the beginning of Cycle 3classes. Therefore, the Homework Tutorial that many students regularly attend will not be available during this period of time.Your child may need to contact his teachers for additional after school help until Cycle 3 resumes on January 17. When it resumesthere will be just five days of ASA tutoring before final exams.

A new semester is always an opportunity for a fresh start with academics. Students are encouraged to take advantage ofHomework Tutorial to begin the second semester on a positive note. This class fosters good study habits, and academic supportfrom qualified teachers and National Honor Society students. Please notice the addition of our Fast and Fit class to the Cycle 3schedule. It is available to all students who want to create, maintain, or improve a healthy lifestyle. Emphasis will be placed onathletics and nutrition.
